How a minute of kindness can change a day




Have you ever stopped and thought about how a little kind gesture can change someone's day? Even if this gesture seems to be little, it might make a significant difference in someone's life, moreover to yours.


An act of kindness goes both ways, not only enriching the life of the one you privde assistance to, but it fills your heart and soul for doing something that is both simple and yet so fulfilling.


World widely known, the quote "What goes around comes around", once said by a random author can be applied to kindness, showing that a random act of it can have a multiplier effect, causing those you are kind to, to be kind to others in return, like and infinite cycle. By being kind, you open your heart, mind and soul to receive positive vibrations in return.


"Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see", said Mark Twain in one of his most famous quotes. It doesn't require any specific format or any rigid rule to follow. It shapes any person in any age anywhere in the world. It is one of the biggest and most precious gifts of life. Even though kindness is an abstract substantive, it can have a vivid effect, changing people's day and in some cases their whole lives.
